Description: My sole practitioner practice has been in the same location for thirty years and has established a large and very loyal clientele and a diverse referral base. This is a full time practice. My rooms are currently subject to a lease arrangement that will end when I exit the practice (in August 2024). The lease will not be renewed, however there are a number of suitable locations nearby in Carina that would remain convenient to my existing patients. There is a range of Physio equipment that would be included. Alternatively, an existing Physio practice in the area may wish to take over my patients and significantly increase their patient numbers and turnover. The price is negotiable.
