Room for Lease within Allied Health Practice North Avoca

There is a unique opportunity for a self employed Physio to set up their practice within North Avoca Wellbeing from mid March/ April 2026. Our current Physio is sadly leaving after 1.5 years at the practice. The clinic room will be unfurnished and will be available for you to set up as you wish. You have full use of the room.

North Avoca Wellbeing has been operating since 2014 and is well known for its attractive location and premises. It has always had a reputation for excellence in health care in the community. The Clinic is purpose built, has direct street frontage and is located within the small group of shops at North Avoca. 

There are three clinic rooms with the Clinic (the other two are currently shared and fully occupied) a reception area and an inside and outside waiting room. Clinic rooms are soundproof and approx 4 x4m in size. We are located across the road from North Avoca beach. Despite the close proximity to the beach, there is always plenty of parking available outside the Centre and there is a disabled carpark directly out the front for your clients. The Centre is airconditioned, has wifi access and a hicaps and eftpos terminal for your payments if needed. We also have a website and facebook page for your advertising if needed. You will be supported through this process. 
RENTAL RATE FOR ROOM IS: $450.00 per week plus gst.
