Month 1: 100% FREE (1 Day/Wk). Move in, take over the existing internal referral stream, and find your feet with zero rent.
Months 2 & 3: 30% Service Fee Split. No flat rent. You only pay a percentage on patients actually seen. If your book is building, your financial safety net is secure.
Month 4 Onward: Transition to an ultra-low, capped flat rate of $100 per half-day or $150 per full-day. Keep 100% of your growth upside!
What We Provide: Direct, warm handovers and internal referrals from our high-volume GP. Full reception and administrative support—our staff handles the bookings, answers the phones, and processes the Tyro/HICAPS billing for you.
