Physiotherapy practice for sale

Hi Physios! I am looking to sell my Brunswick West practice (Melbourne), fully renovated with a fit out that cost me over $250K only 5.5 years ago. I also have relevant compliance and safety certificates that come with the sale.  Established 21 years the business has been on the same street for close to 16 years.

The clinic has been fit out with 4 treatment room that come with an electric table, apple computer, ergonomic chair, desk and towels. The treatment rooms are large approx 3 x 3mt. 


We have an onsite clinical exercise studio with 2 trapeze tables and 4 reformers, barrels and wunderchair (all high end body balance equipment, well looked after) with all the accessories you need to tailor individualised programs. We offer 25 classes a week. 


Our reformer studio - augments clinical exercise classes. Once clients finish or do not need clinical aspects of pilates they move to reformer pilates classes. We offer 12 classes a week so there is room for growth. This room comes with 11 allegro 2 reformers high end body balance equipment with accessories such as boxes, plates, jump boards. 

We also have a spare group fitness room which we have re started using for mat pilates classes this has potential to be a rebab studio or yoga studio, alternatively it can be changed and renovated into 2 extra treatment rooms. 

We are a mult-disciplinary practice with plenty of room for growth. Current staff include 3 osteopaths, one remedial massage therapist who teaches reformer classes, myotherapist starting in May 2024 and 4 Physiotherapists, office manager and one admin assistant.
